The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Exposed

The Ninja Turtles, plus Master Splinter adds up to 5 mutant (god-like) highly skilled martial warriors. The same number as the highly skilled martial warrior demi-god Pandavas brothers in the Indian epic the "Mahabharata". The Pandavas in the epic are group-married to a beautiful woman, their supernal bride named Draupadi who performs miracles via Krishna. April O'Neal can be likened to Draupadi of the Indian epic in her relationship with the Turtles, and has access to the levers of the mass media, as Draupadi has access at times to the levers of reality ie the Eye of the Great Wheel via Krishna.

Even if the relationship between the Turtles and April is not a sexual one, and we have no reason to think it is besides the kiss she gives the turtles in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II for the arcade and NES system, it is clear that April and Draupadi have similar roles in relation to the 5 mutants and 5 demi-gods. At the least, the Turtles plus Splinter share April as a collective female friend, as the Pandavas share Draupadi in their polyandrous marriage if even only the parallel applies on a platonic level.
